After suffering for years with IBD, overtraining, under-eating, chronic stress and poor sleep I FINALLY found my balance. Breaking away from the unsustainable social media expectations, my goal is to help you results that not only make you look good but feel good forever.

Personalised support designed to help you restore balance, improve gut health, and feel more connected to your body. Together, we’ll create sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress regulation — tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals. These sessions are a safe, supportive space for deep transformation, where you’ll be guided step-by-step toward long-term wellbeing.
Each 45-minute call is a space to explore your unique goals or challenges in depth. We’ll revisit your goal each time we meet (bi-weekly), allowing space for reflection, fresh insight, and ongoing alignment with what feels most important to you.
A supportive and empowering 6 week program for women ready to restore balance, improve gut health, and create lasting change — together. In this intimate group setting (maximum of 12 participants), you’ll receive personalised guidance within a connected community of like-minded women.
Each 75 minute weekly session combines education, coaching, and open discussion — covering core pillars like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation, and the gut-brain connection. You’ll gain tools, accountability, and real support to help you shift from burnout to balance, with lasting results.
